Musing Mondays is a weekly feature hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading.  Each week MizB asks a book related question and we have to give our answers.

This week’s musing asks…

 Would you choose to review a book if its description sounded interesting, but the cover was terrible?

Well that is an easy one for me to answer, the answer is yes I would still read a book even if the cover was horrid.  I'm a firm believer of not judging a book by its cover.  The main thing I look at before I choose whether or not to review a book is the  synopsis, sometimes a few sentences can really suck me into reading a book.   Just because a book doesn't have a great cover does not necessarly mean the story is going to be rubbish. 

I read many books on the kindle, sometimes these do not have covers at all!  Does that mean I don't read them...... well no :P

I must add though, I have been drawn to books in bookstores purely because of a cover.  I have even been guilty of buying a book purely for the cover alone.  I have found this technique does not always work, as I have had books with the most gorgeous cover but upon reading them found I couldn't even get past the first 50 pages.
