Every Wednesday, Dani at Pen To Paper features Wishlist Wednesday,
a meme in which you can list a book that you really
want to read or keep meaning to get. These are books
that you want to add to your wishlist, and believe me
there are plenty! I've decided to use Dani's feature
every Wednesday :)
So what do you need to do to join in?
- Follow Pen to Paper as host of the meme.
- Pick a book from your wishlist that you are dying to get to put on your shelves.
- Do a post telling your readers about the book and why it's on your wishlist.
- Add your blog to the linky at the bottom of her post.
- Put a link back to pen to paper (http://www.pentopaperblog.com/) somewhere in your post.
- Visit the other blogs and enjoy!
So here is my book for this weeks Wishlist Wednesday:
Goodreads Synopsis:
Seventeen-year-old
Dylan Kennedy always knew something was different about him, but until
his mother abandoned him in the middle of Oregon with grandparents he's
never met, he had no idea what. When Dylan sees a girl in white in the
woods behind his grandparents' farm, he knows he's seen her before...in
his dreams. He's felt her fear. Heard her insistence that only he can
save her world from an evil lord who uses magic and fear to feed his
greed for power.Unable to shake the unearthly pull to Kera, Dylan takes
her hand. Either he's completely insane or he's about to have the
adventure of his life, because where they're going is full of creatures
he's only read about in horror stories. Worse, the human blood in his
veins has Dylan marked for death...
Ooooh dishy boy candy on the cover, that gets my vote for a start :D Right, back to the story, the synopsis sounds really intriguing. I want to find out more about Dylan and why he is marked for death. I stumbled upon this book last week and I so want to get my hands on a copy! One more to add to the wishlist.

Dude on the cover is a might cutie pie, I must say. I love the font of the title. And, most important of all, the book sounds really good. I love reading YA from a male perspective. I think this one might just be a little gem of a book.
I don't like the guy on the front, but I generally hate faces on books, especially the Delirium series, anyway... I love the background and how dark and foreboding it looks, so I'll be picking this one up :-)
Gah.... I just went to Amazon and see that this is pub'd be Entangled, I pretty much love everything from them... but this book is like 14 squids!!
@Blonde Zombie, I almost fainted with shock when I saw the £14 price tag. I know the kindle version with Amazon is £3 something, but I'd like to see the cover! The Book Depo is more reasonable, half the price of Amazon, and is £6.40 http://www.bookdepository.com/Marked-Son-Shea-Berkley/9781620612293
