I saw this book a few days ago featured on another blog.  I thought it sounded really cool, I really want to find out about Lora's unique abilities.  It sounds like nothing I have ever read before, so I am quite excited about it.  The cover is to die for, the colours and the smoky dress just pop out at me.  It's not released until August, so I will be eagerly awaiting its release :D
