On the way home from seeing the puppies that day I was so excited about seeing him for the first time and I really couldn't wait for the next two weeks to go by. Mind you at that time we were not sure which one was going to be ours. The next time we went to see them which was the eight week mark, that was the day we could choose from five which one would be coming home with us.

How cute! I know how much you much you must love him. I am in the process of house breaking our chocolate Lab puppy. I am finally seeing progress. It doesn't help that I have the mom black and the dad yellow plus two chihuahua mix puppies that someone dumped off. The mom was dumped off here when she was a puppy and she was in such bad shape we thought she was a hound but after several weeks it was apparent that she was a lab. I am so tired of people not taking care of their animals. You here of people being land poor well we are dog poor. But we love them and it is hard to give them to someone else after all the trauma they must have gone through after being abandoned. They are happy too.

Wow Patricia you certainly have your hands full with doggies. But I bet it is worth it for the unconditional love you get from them. I can never understand why people dump animals, it's like getting rid of a child. Thanks for commenting on my blog :D
